Bullseye Glass Company, besides making all our gorgeous glass, has an incredible wealth of kilnforming (fusing) information and resources on their website. It’s best to start at the beginning. It’s a very good place to start.

Warm Glass in the UK has a great collection, called “the Knowledge Base”, available on-line to aid in your fusing education journey:

HisGlassWorks.com has an incredible set of videos teaching how to use various coldworking machines. They, and I can’t support this enough, sell $ coldworking machinery, consumable parts and materials (yeah, it needs to be replaced, and you’ll be so glad you do), provide product manuals and safety data sheets, and MOST importantly have an incredible and knowledgable staff who will answer any question you have about any machine and it’s use.

For those who enjoy the more technical side, Stephen Richard has an excellent blog called Verrier, in which he delves into the finer details of the science behind various aspects of kilnforming. He also has an excellent technical $ ebook on low temperature firings, among a few others.

One fuser to rule them all…Cynthia Morgan perfectly documents her forays in all things glass (and life) on her blog Morganica. Every experienced fuser keeps records. The best document everything. The very best share their experience.

Paul Tarlow started Helios. He continues to share tid-bits of his knowledge on fusedglass.org through tutorials and projects, as well as inspiring fusers everywhere with his $ fusing ebook series.

Interested in fusing with bottle glass? crystal? float glass (window glass)? Jodi McRaney Rusho is your girl. She created glasswithapast.com a free, on-line, knowledgebase for firings and projects using recycled glass.

Are you using coe96 glass instead of Bullseye glass? We’ve got you covered, too. Check out the resources at Oceanside Compatible. They’ve got 96 firing schedules, tutorials, and inspiration galleries for you to delve into.
