(PAST) Beginner's Stained Glass : Copper Foil

We believe introductory classes are the most important classes that you'll ever take. Few studios anywhere will give you a better start than Helios.
This class is for beginners with little or no experience with stained glass. Students will learn basic use of cold-working tools and techniques for breaking and shaping glass, as well as discuss pattern-making and design-theory. Foiling and soldering will also be covered in depth.
Students will create a 2-dimensional copper foil (or "Tiffany") style stained glass panel (approx. 9"x9") of a pattern of their choosing from a selection of beginner-friendly patterns. All tools and materials will be provided.
