Is there anything more exciting than opening a kiln at 1650*F? The glass glows shades of orange. You are indeed covered from head to figertip to toe, but the heat still pushes up. This class lets you safely explore what glass can do at these extreeme temperatures.

Based on the ancient Turkish art of Ebru, we'll explore how to design complex combing patterns in glass. You'll study classic ebru (water marbling) techniques, watch demo combings and demo finishing techniques, design and set-up your own large glass version, and finally comb your own glass with a support team keeping you safe.

This class is only for those who have combed before and want to take this exciting technique to new levels. This is not a beginner's class.
